I actually enjoy visiting my dentist. As my appointment draws near I am reminded of the title to an Alexander McCall Smith book, "In the Company of Cheerful Ladies".

I went to see them on an emergency root canal, the staff and Dr. K were so kind and took care of me right away. They sent me to Dr. Poppy and she did an awesome job on my tooth. They worked together to get me done the same day. Very pleased.

Let me start by saying I hate going to the dentist I have a real fear and wasn't looking forward to having to go. But I broke a few teeth and the pain was beginning to be unbearable (come to find out I had an infection and need 5 extractions .. ) I found this place through my insurance directory after looking at a few this one seemed promising so I went to there easy to use website on Sun they were closed of course and recieve a call from Courtney Mon morning and they were able to get me in by 230 that day. There office is a little tricky to find but its in a business building you will want to take a left if you enter in to the double doors and take a left and head up the stairs or elevator to the 3rd floor and its the last door on your left. Its a nice little office seemed very clean and quite upon entering I was given the normal forms for new patients and was seen immediately. I can't remember the techs name but she was a short hair lady and she was awesome made me feel super relaxed took me to the room we did a few x-rays and then Tammy came in and took a look and she knew exactly what needed to be done she let me know the damage and got me some meds to help until the procedure. I will def recommend this place if you are nervous about getting work done they will put you at ease and point you in the right direction as far as helping you plan for future work and I will continue to do business here because of the awesome staff!! Thank you again for all the help. You guys are awesome!!

Dr. Kussman is excellent. Her staff is amazing. Every time I visit it is like spending time with good friends. I highly recommend her!

I have had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Kussman and her entire staff. I felt very comfortable and trusted her judgement and truly felt that she had my best interest in mind with my dental care. Dr. Kussman and her staff were very patient and accommodating with my schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Kussman and plan to continue seeing her for my care.

Mrs. Kussman is the sweetest most caring woman around. Her staff spread that extra special love and kindness that doesn’t go unnoticed. Always remember my time there. They really take care of my dental needs as well as wants while making sure I feel comfortable and doing a exquisite job. I really appreciate the trust you’ve instilled in me. My family has been going to Dr. Kussman for 14 years and she’s always top notch, along with Carole, my hygienist. We lived in Atlanta for 4 years between 2006-2020 and after a visit at an Atlanta-area dentist, it wasn’t the same, so we’d make appointments around our trips back to Nashville just to see her. One example is she made a porcelain crown for me, then I needed more work on the tooth while living in Atlanta, afterward he filled it in w silver (negating the whole reason why I had a porcelain crown), and she offered to redo his work with a white filling. It was a first-world problem so I didn’t take her up on the offer but at least she cared to offered. There are plenty of other stories like this, my wife has genetically awful teeth and she stands by her work w a lot of patience and understanding. She’s a pro’s pro.

Tammy and her staff are so kind and caring! Nice offices and friendly, efficient customer service. Amazing practice!
