Great service and office!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Kussman’s since 2000. She and her staff are the friendliest and most professional folks around. Especially Sam! (Sam can bring humor to any visit to the dentist’s office). Dr Kussman’s office and facility is always clean and well maintained. Actually, it’s a pleasure to visit them twice a year. Thanks Dr Kussman and team, and keep on being awesome!

They say the best compliment is what people say about you when you’re not in the room. I had a dental emergency—pain level 10!! Called a dentist who couldn’t get me in until next week. Today was Wednesday. I fly out Friday morning. That dentist, a very popular 5-star-rated provider, privately said, “If it were me, I’d see Dr. Tammy Kussman.” From the first call, Briana at the front desk was warm, jovial, and professional—and that was before I even arrived. When’s the last time you said that about a doctor’s front desk? Behind every great team is a great leader. The whole staff was amazing—especially Delaney. Dr. Kussman was patient, thorough, and treated me right away. But what I needed next required an oral surgeon. She didn’t just hand me a name—she made a call. Minutes later, I had an appointment that same day with arguably the best oral surgeon in the county. That doesn’t happen if you’re “just a patient.” That happens when a doctor treats you like a friend. Dr. Kussman—you set the standard for care today, and I noticed. Thank you. I appreciate you.

I have been seeing Dr Kussman for at least ten years now. She and her assistants are top notch. Each take the time to explain every aspect of your personal dental health. They take a photo of each individual tooth detailing possible concerns and outline in detail the why this happened, how to correct feasibly, or maintain in order to avoid unnecessary procedures. I am grateful for their care and attention to getting me there every six months so that my smile can continue to make others smile !!!
