Our family has been going to Dr. Kussman for over 10 years. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to our individual needs. Dr. Kussman is always upfront about our dental requirements or need to get further treatment elsewhere. Everyone she has recommended, has been just as wonderful. We are thankful for all that she and her staff have done for our family.

They don’t deserve even one star. I deeply regret choosing Dr. Kussman for my dentist. I found them on my insurance’s website and somehow still was out of network because they do not verify or complete any preauthorizations for you as their patient. The level of service was terrible as well, leaving me with a tooth that was filled that is now painful to bite down on and is sensitive to heat and cold, even weeks after the procedure. Even after an adjustment the pain remains. An all around terrible experience. Beware!

My husband and I moved here from Holland, MI, and needed to find a new dental home in Nashville. As a former dental professional myself, I am extremely pleased to call Dr Kussman and her kind and qualified staff our new dental home. She has the latest in dental technology and most importantly, she and her team members have stellar people skills-kind, happy, humble, informative, eager to answer questions and willing to serve. I give them 6 stars if I could🌟 It’s all golden and you will not be disappointed! I also want to give praise to Kelly who was my hygienist. She did a thorough and gentle cleaning, my teeth feel very white and clean!

New patient experience was great. Very professional staff, easy to talk to, knowledgeable and answered any questions. Dr Kussman spent time explaining x-rays and giving recommendations for future visits. Highly recommend.
